SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are free shipping within United States.
Orders will be process within 1-3 business day and we ship via USPS First class or
USPS Priority. For expedited over night shipping please call us and
request an expedited shipping quote before place order. Please contact us
for any international shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER / SHIPPING POLICY
Please contact us for international orders. All international shipping will be
ship by USPS and you can select $15 for USPS International Priority or $25 for
EMS.
For order over $100 USD, we require you to send us copies of the following:
- Two types of IDs (One with a photo such as Passport or
driver's license. The other identification includes government, university
identification card; auto registration card; or a home or auto insurance
policy.)
- A copy of front of your credit card (or a recent credit
card statement).
RETURN POLICY
For any return or wrong shipment please contact us via
e-mail (cs@sassypick.com). Please
note that we will NOT accept any return item
that is not in its original factory packaging/seal.
CANCELLATION POLICY (AFTER ORDER
PLACED)
Most orders ship by the next business day. Should you wish to cancel an order
that has already shipped but has not yet been received, you may do so however
shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact Customer Service at
cs@sassypick.com. You will be asked to
refuse the order when it arrives and when the merchandise is received back at
our warehouse you will be refunded for the purchase price and sales tax (if
any).
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page,
shared with other reputable organizations to help them contact consumers for
marketing purposes and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
All information that is collected is on an 'opt-in' basis and users are given
the opportunity to 'opt-out' at any time.
CA TAX
Because we are located in CA, state law requires that SassyPick.com collect
sales tax for all orders. Rather than adding it into prices or combining it with
shipping rates, like some other web sites, we list tax separately so that you
can clearly understand all charges.
